We need to sell our car. Interested? Know anyone who might be?

This is the ad that is on KSL.com:
LOW MILEAGE FOR YEAR! This car has served us well. We decided that instead of renewing registration, we would upgrade. Price is negotiable because of these things: Timing needs to be fixed, There is a scrape on the rear passenger side door, Air conditioning does not work, and one tire needs to be replaced.
Asking price 1995.00 - Year 1999 - Mileage - 96k - Power doors, windows

We're negotiable on the price because of the problems listed but we're already a couple hundred under low book price. Please have anyone that's interested give us a call! 779-1139 Only 96000 miles, Still a nice car with good gas mileage.

Why it's cool to live with a 3 year old

The other night Ellyse and I were at Toys R Us to get ideas for her birthday. We ended up coming home with this "early birthday present" because I wanted her to get the most use out of it by using it the whole summer.

The best part about giving it to a 3 year old girl...she named it scooty.

Good thing I have knee-caps

5,6,7,8 jete', pas de bouree, channe, hold, chase',step step grand jete' and....ankle twist, body down, shove all your weight onto one tiny little knee cap.

Yesterday was my VERY FIRST TIME EVER teaching a dance class and I biffed it big time. In front of all the students. At least the blinds were drawn and the door was shut so my boss didn't see it happen. Luckily, the girls got to see what kind of dancer they could turn out to be if they turned out to be like me.

I'm so freakin emotional today

So, I've read two things today that have totally blown my mind and made me want to share them. I'm coming down off my steriod high and my emotions are all over the place. Michelle, you think you have it bad being pregnant and all. I wanted to share them because I think one is an incredibly good reminder and the other is both well worth the time to read and just plain amazing. I've tried to copy and paste things but the story is too large so, I might just have to have you navigate to the story on the Today Show's website, msnbc.com, yourself. It's titled The baby that was born twice. READ IT! Seriously. That article was just a testimony builder to me that the power of the holy ghost is still directing men in how to do stuff like that. Who would've thunk it? Except for the writers on Grey's Anatomy? :)
The other thing I read that I'd like to share is on Amy's blog (Listed in my family and friends blog area). She wrote about her experience in having a "glitch" in her computer and also a scary toddler moment that are both very wonderful reminders to everyone. You need to read that as well. Sorry I don't know how to do the linking thing. It's something I'd like someone to teach me how to do. What? You think I need to read about it and figure it out myself? As if.

HIKE!

Looking up the Ogden Canyon
Ellyse and the waterfall at the base of the Ogden Canyon and also a cactus on the ground.

Ellyse and I went on a hike on Indian trail early Saturday morning. It was so fun!! I think I reached my maximum heart rate when we saw a big old snake. Yikes! It took my breath away. Ellyse did really well, she walked most of the way but I had to carry her for a little while. It was totally fun!

I got it!

I got the ballet teaching position! Wahoo! Hopefully, it'll be a jobbie, more like a hobbie than a job. We'll see.
